Telephone Game
Description
The Telephone Game is a fun communication game where players try to pass a message from one person to another without changing it. The game becomes funny and challenging as the message travels through the line. For a Christian youth activity, the messages can be based on Bible verses, Bible stories, or faith-related phrases, making the game both entertaining and meaningful.
Mechanics
1.Divide the players into 2 or more teams with an equal number of players.
2.Have each team form a straight line.
3.The game leader prepares a short message, Bible verse, or Bible-related phrase for each team.
4.Whisper the message only once to the first player in each line.
5.The first player whispers the exact message to the next person.
6.Players continue whispering the message down the line until it reaches the last player.
7.The last player says the message out loud.
8.The leader reveals the original message so everyone can compare the two.
9.Award 1 point if the final message is completely correct.
10.For an extra challenge, award bonus points for teams that deliver the message with the fewest changes.
11.Play several rounds using different messages.
12.The team with the most points at the end wins.
