1.Divide the youth into 2 teams.

2.Mark a large rectangular playing area with a scoring zone at each end.

3.Place one soft ball in the center.

4.Players can pass the ball to teammates using their hands.

5.Players cannot run while holding the ball. They must stop and pass it.

6.The opposing team can intercept passes but cannot grab the ball directly from another player's hands.

7.A team scores 1 point by successfully passing the ball to a teammate standing inside the opposing team's scoring zone.

8.After a point, return the ball to the center and restart.

9.If the ball goes outside the boundaries, the other team gets possession.

10.Play for 10–15 minutes. The team with the most points wins.
