1.Divide the players into 2 or more teams with an equal number of players.

2.Have each team form a single straight line, with players standing one behind another.

3.Give the first player of each team a ball.

4.When the leader says “Go!”, the first player passes the ball over their head to the player behind them.

5.The second player passes the ball under their legs to the next player.

6.Players continue alternating over, under, over, under until the ball reaches the last player.

7.Once the last player receives the ball, they run carefully to the front of the line and start the pattern again.

8.Continue until the team completes the agreed number of rounds or reaches a designated finish line.

9.The first team to finish correctly wins.

10.If the ball is dropped, the team must retrieve it and continue from the player who dropped it.
