Guidelines

1. Select a Verse: Provide a selection of poetic or deep scriptural passages (such as Romans 12 or various Psalms).

2. Brainstorm: Give the teens 5 minutes to highlight words or themes that resonate with modern culture.

3. Deconstruct & Rebuild: Using magazine typography or stencils, have them paint and glue words onto a shared canvas board to create a mixed-media statement piece.

4. Perform/Explain: Have each contributor explain their artistic choice and how it bridges ancient scriptural wisdom with modern youth experiences.

Canvas boards, metallic markers, magazine cutouts, acrylic paints, brushes, and printouts of scripture.
