Fruits of the Spirit Garden


Description
Children make a paper garden featuring the Fruit of the Spirit. Each flower or fruit represents qualities such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Guidelines
1.Give each child a sheet of paper as their garden background.
2.Have them cut out or decorate paper flowers, fruits, leaves, and stems.
3.Write one Fruit of the Spirit on each flower or fruit.
4.Children arrange and glue their pieces onto the paper to create a garden.
5.Ask the children to choose one quality they would like to practice during the week.

Construction paper
White paper or cardstock
Child-safe scissors
Glue
Crayons and markers
Colored pencils
Flower and fruit templates
