Tower of Cooperation

Description
A friendly team-building challenge where children use simple cups to construct the tallest tower possible. To earn the right to place a cup, the team must successfully answer a question about the day's lesson or name something they are grateful for.
Guidelines
Divide and Line Up: Split the children into small, mixed-age teams and have them sit in a line facing a designated building spot on the floor.
Explain the Rule: Explain that a team can only add a cup to their tower if they answer a question or share a prayer request / item of gratitude.
The Building Loop: Ask the first child in a team's line a question. Once they answer, they run to the center, place one cup to start or expand the base of their tower, and run back to the end of the line.
Keep it Going: Move to the next child in line. As the tower gets higher, older kids can help guide younger kids on where to carefully place the cups so it doesn’t fall.
Measure: Stop the game when a timer goes off or when a tower falls. Celebrate the teamwork involved in building the tallest structure.
Materials
Large packs of plastic or paper cups, flat floor space, and a timer.
